Dayaw Season 4 Episode 4 : Dancing with Vessels
Showcasing “vessels” of traditional and cultural Filipino dances, this episode features the Ramon Obusan Dance Troupe, Ligaya Fernando-Amilbangsa, the Bayanihan Philippine National Folk Dance Company, and the UP Filipiniana Dance Group. They have chosen to study, record, and teach our artistic traditions, particularly Filipino folk dances and performance, to a greater public.
Dayaw Season 4 Episode 5 : A Treasure Trove of Museums
This episode features various museums in Metro Manila, such as the National Museum, Ayala Museum, Lopez Museum, San Agustin Museum, and the much-anticipated Museo de Intramuros; as well as in the provinces, such as the Museo Ilocos Norte and the Taoid Museum both in Laoag City, and the Bencab Museum and the Museo Kordilyera in Baguio. The episode emphasizes the significant role of our museums, as vessels, in documenting the past, while informing and educating the future.
